Sean McNally is a Marriage and Family Therapist (MMFT-T) in Nashville, Tennessee. He holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University and has worked in collaborative group practices, and non-profit settings.
The majority of Sean’s therapeutic practice focuses on supporting adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, existential and spiritual issues, and relational challenges. Sean also works with couples who want to heal unhelpful interaction patterns, move toward a lived experience of secure attachment, and cultivate more joy in their relationship.
Sean’s approach is based in attachment theory and the belief that people’s daily lives are heavily influenced by relational dynamics, the manner by which they navigate challenging life experiences, and their ability to address and physiological responses to stress.
In therapy Sean provides a safe, warm, welcoming, non-judgmental environment that creates space for you to explore the integration of their body, mind, and soul. My aim is to help you alleviate the distress you are experiencing and develop a life you love.
